Every home carries one name from the first sketch to the final wall: we design it and we build it. As projects are completed and photographed, they'll appear here.

We'd rather show you nothing than show you someone else's work dressed up as ours, or a render pretending to be a photograph. So this page is honest about where things stand: the homes we're designing and building now are still on site.
When a house is built and lived in, and photographed properly in its own light and with its materials settled, it will take its place here. Each one will arrive with the reasons behind it: the site, the brief, the materials, and the one decision we're most glad we made.
